Its easy to knock someone down but its a challenge to help pick them up.

You ever notice how easy it is for you or someone to knock somebody down? Talking negative about somebody and throwing dirt on their name is nothing because it doesn't always have to be true. I think people are afraid to take the challenge of doing something positive and actually helping somebody by building them up. Sometimes you have to ask yourself if you were going through what they were going through would you want someone to put you down or help build you up?
